Internal auditing is becoming more and more important in the modern world as corporations and businesses are in need of transparency. Bangladesh is of no exception in this regard as well. Internal audit as a career is regarded very promising in the future as organizations are hiring more and more internal auditors in their ranks. But to achieve progress in the field of internal auditing, certification is very necessary and in some cases a must. The CIA certification to be a certified internal auditor is one of the keystones in achieving that. Even though CIA certification has been around for a while, there is very few in Bangladesh due to lack of guidance and proper training to support this field.
eSchool of Life brings to you a course specifically fitted to dream to become CIA certified one day. This course will prepare you for the first hurdle of the three-part examination process of CIA, Essentials of Internal Auditing. The objective of this course is to make sure you receive adequate guidance in the first part of the exam so that you can excel at it. Mr. Kamrul Hasan, MBA, FCCA,CPA, & CIA has been very keen about Internal Audit in his more than 18 years of career. Having worked with big MNC’s both in Bangladesh and abroad he is now a senior internal audit manager at one of Canada’s biggest banks, running through their audits on a daily basis.

Academic Background:
Earned his MBA from IBA, University of Dhaka and hold multiple global professional memberships such as FCCA, CPA, and CIA and has recently completed ISACA’s cyber security audit certification as well.
Present Profession:
Currently based in Toronto and employed as a senior manager in Internal Audit Department of a biggest Canadian Bank.
Professional Experience:
An assurance expert and a certified internal auditor with diverse corporate experience both in Bangladesh and abroad.
Has been involved in different companies in his 18+ years long career and always has keen interest to learn and grow as an internal auditor to reach the pinnacle of success.
Led the audit and control initiatives in renowned multinationals like Nokia and British American Tobacco. His services were even availed by some local companies such as Gemcon Group and Eastern Bank.
